Sales & Marketing Assistant Intern

8Elements is seeking interns motivated to learn Sales and- or Marketing to join our team and support our BD / Marketing team. This is a good opportunity to gain first experience in a fast- paced, results- oriented environment in the Energy Management industry.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate data entry in our CRM system.
· Prepare Canva presentation with the Marketing manager.
· Assist with sales calls and meetings (potential for shadowing).
· Support marketing initiatives as needed (e.g., social media management).
· Qualify leads and gather customer data.
· Prepare presentations and sales materials.
· Conduct research and identify potential sales leads.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Interest in sales & marketting and a desire to learn.
· Good at English communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Detail- oriented and comfortable with data entry.

· Mandatory Bilingual (English and Vietnamese)
· Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.) (not mandatory)
· Experience in B2B sales or marketing (not mandatory)
