Stay up- to- date on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
Implement marketing strategies using social networks, flyers, online PR or online newspapers, ETC.
Go on domestic and/or overseas business trips with the Managing Director and/or other team members.
Work with the Business Support Coordinator to make detailed reports and presentations using Office programs
Make appropriate adjustments in selling prices, or ADD appropriate promotions based on actual clients’ feedback
Identify and target new business opportunities through a variety of methods, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other kinds of networking, ETC., and attending industry events and trade shows.
Contact clients, answer all questions and provide information related to the price, advantages, suitability, benefits and features of services offered
Follow up on the regular and existing clients in a timely manner.
Work with the Business Support Coordinator to produce sales and marketing content.
Based on society&039;s tastes and clients’ needs, adjust existing marketing plans and modify requirements accordingly. The ultimate goal is to receive higher customer satisfaction.
Meet new clients through online platforms and/or in person whether in our office or their choice of meeting place.
Receive product information from relevant departments, then plan and strategize specific marketing steps.
Follow up with clients for order payments in a timely manner.
Handle sales and marketing of software development services.
GREAT communication with new and potential clients.
Create and execute marketing campaigns for social media, email, search engines, and display advertising in coordination with the Business Support Coordinator
Coordinate with team members to solve customer inquiry/problem.
Make a general assessment report to send to superiors. This report will include full information about the implementation process and achieved results.
Take note of the clients’ reviews/feedback whether positive or negative as well as problems that arise while having the discussion with the client/s. Make a list of things that need to be improved and things that can be worked on.
