Paid Membership Program (Subscription)
Develop and execute Paid Membership programs (Subscriptions) to build frequent shopping habits, enhance customer loyalty and increase brand engagement
Loyal Customer Care at Store Level
Develop and execute store- specific loyalty programs to enhance engagement, strong relationships and drive sale growth
Enhancing Customer Experience & Sales through Personalization
Analyze customer data to design targeted promotions and offers that personalize experiences, boost cart value, and drive cross- /upselling opportunities.
Cross- functional Collaboration
Work closely with relevant departments including Marketing, Operations, Product, Communication,.. to ensure consistent and effective program implementation.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor KPIs and analyze customer- related metrics (return rates, program engagement, purchase frequency, etc.), and propose adjustments and improvements to optimize and enhance operational effectiveness.
Other tasks assigned by the Customer Development Lead/Manager
Support assigned tasks from management to contribute to the overall goals of the department.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer development, CRM, or marketing; experience in retail or FMCG is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; proficient in Excel;
- Education & Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Good teamwork and cooperative spirit
- Flexible and proactive in taking initiative.
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage priorities
- Capable of working independently under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
- Detail- oriented and well- organized in handling tasks and projects
