Maint Duties:
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our sales, enhance brand awareness, and develop marketing campaigns that lead to measurable results.
Marketing:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target customer, and competitors.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising.
Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals.
Stay up- to- date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies as appropriate.
Sales:
Develop proposals, presentation and pitch services, and close deals with new clients.
Manage sales pipeline and report on sales metrics, ensuring targets are met.
Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound efforts (cold calling, email outreach, networking).
Client & Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with creative and account management teams to deliver high- quality campaigns.
Build long- term client relationships and manage client onboarding.
Mentor junior team members and provide leadership to the sales/marketing team.
Job Requirement:
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is plus
More than 03 years of B2B marketing and sales experience in digital marketing agency
Strong analytical skills
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with account- based marketing
English: Strong intermediate level.
Proven track record of lead generation
