Job Responsibilities:
The Sales & Marketing Manager has the main responsibility for increasing and maintaining high revenue levels for the Diamond Time Complex in Da Nang, in addition to the following:
Track actual revenue, costs and forecasts
Achieve budget goals and maximize revenue by executing sales activities within market segments assigned.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
Undertake competition analysis by assessing their products, services and sales tactics.
Have an in- depth knowledge and understanding of Diamond Time Complex key products, VNGroup brands, and market trends.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company&039;s marketing goals.
Respond promptly to all inquiries and correspondence from customers. Commit to and communicate results that meet customer needs appropriately and hospitality is consistently achievable
Identify and search for potential customers in the sales area who can fit potential Diamond Time Complex uses, including Flexible accommodation and TikTak Coworking Space, commercial leasing space, and coffee shop.
Effectively manage customer outreach strategies.
Implement & report on S&M strategy progress on time and professionally
Lead in the development of sales and marketing strategy with the Director Branch at least 1 year in advance and monitor, plan weekly sales activities and execute effective business activities with customers.
Optimize marketing campaigns based on key performance metrics and customer feedback.
