Sales - Marketing Officer

[Objectives of position]
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Ensure & improve customer satisfaction
- Utilize & improve internal CRM system
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Coordinates with team manager to follow- up sales & customers
[Responsibilities]
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget of campaign plan, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing channels facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Perform sales support task to follow- up business, leads or customers as assigned
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with team managers, GD about marketing programs, strategies, and budget
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Perform company overview & solutions introduction, introduce company tour and other activities to ensure customer satisfaction

Must have

- Logical thinking & analysis ability

- Japanese Skill; Good at writing, speaking, reading, and listening.

- At least 01 year in marketing job and at least 03 years related to Japanese speaking job

- Japanese Certificates: JLPT- N1 (or BJT J1 or above)

- English skill: Good at writing, reading, speaking

- Open communication attitude & Teamworking

- Have customer- oriented mindset, service- oriented mindset, ownership

- Multi- tasking skill

- Self- motivated & proactive

Nice to have

- Project management skill
- Can go to business trip to overseas
- Experiences of staying in Japan
- Experience in working at IT company
