Sales & Marketing Staff (Sales Admin)

To find premiums, POSM, gifts, materials for the activities of the S&M Dept and work with supplier for production of those items
Work with distributors, and SCM Depts for the daily PO, PDO
Prepare letters, documents for the S&M Dept
Consolidate sales reports from distributiors and report to S&M Manager
Register/notify with DoIT/MoIT (Department/Ministry of Industry and Trade) for promotion programs
Support admin jobs, get invoice, clear payments, customer service, etc,…
Prepare contracts, agreements for Sales & Marketing Dept. (“S&M Dept”) with the review of upper levels and accounting department before submit for approval

Age 23 – 30 years old
Good MS Office
Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration
Good English
At least 2- year in F&B field or in FMCG (“Fast Moving Consumer Food”). Having experiences in sales, customer service are advange
