Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs
Other tasks under assignments of Sales & Marketing Manager
Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual own- channel budget
Supervise sales in GT channel and KA channels (Factory Canteen, School, Industrial Zone,...)
Drive the sales and achieve targets
Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program with GT channel
Supervise and negotiate the trading terms with GT systems
Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage in KA channel
Supervise communications with customers
Monitor current market condition and competitor information

Good at English
Experience: At least 5- year in sales, branding advertising, consumer marketing, trade marketing in FMCG or F&B or related industries and at least 2- year insupervisor level
Age: 26 – 35
Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related majors
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province
