Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage in Modern Trade channel
Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs
Drive the sales and achieve targets
Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program with Modern Trade channel
Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual own- channel budget
Supervise communications with customers
Monitor current market condition and competitor information
Supervise and negotiate the trading terms with Modern Trade systems
Other tasks under assignments of Sales & Marketing Manager
Supervise sales in Modern Trade channels

Age: From 26 years old
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Experience:
- Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing in FMCG or related industry and 2 years in supervisor position.
- Have experience about working with supermarkets, convenient store
Soft skills:
- Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, etc.
- Good English skills.
Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Mon – Fri & alternative Sat
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
