Job description
- Drive the sales and achieve targets
- Monitor current market condition and competitor information
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program with Modern Trade channel
- Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage in Modern Trade channel
- Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs
- Other tasks under assignments of Sales & Marketing Manager
- Supervise sales in Modern Trade channels
- Supervise and negotiate the trading terms with Modern Trade systems
- Supervise communications with customers
- Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual own- channel budget
Required experience / skills detail
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Experience:
+ Have experience about working with supermarkets, convenient store
+ At least 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing in FMCG or related industry and 2 years in supervisor position.
+ Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Soft skills:
+ Good English skills.
+ Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, etc.
