SALES & MERCHANDISE SPECIALIST

Main contact to T1, manage order status, OA update/ control and other reports, inventory management.
Main contact to T1

Claim handling;
Order receiving/ confirmation (PI/ delivery);
Delivery dealing/ shipment confirmation;
Pay tracking.

Manage order status

Order delay alert to PPC/ PRD;
Replenishment status.
Yarn/ greige status checking;

Order analysis update/ control and other reports from Managers

Update order analysis file;
Collect and report other reports for Managers.
Checking hit rate per OPD/ call out any order discrepancy to Sales;

Inventory Management

Utilize stock;
Call out if any disposal to Manager for management discussion.

Working address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Thuan Giao, HCMC (Old address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan, Thuan An, Binh Duong)

Education: University or college degree, major: Business, Economics, Textile engineering, Chemical engineering, Chinese or related;
Skills & Knowledge: Negotiation, result- oriented, able to work under high pressure, data analysis (is a plus).
Experience: From 2 years of experience in Sales/ Merchandiser position, experience in the Textiles and/ or Garment manufacturing is preferred;
Language: Fluency in Chinese and/ or English;
