Sales Officer (Aeon Mall Ha Dong - 083)

Now we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer based in Aeon Mall Ha Dong.

- Team: 7 - 10 members
- Report to: Deputy Manager/Manager
- Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift (1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
Support tenants with daily operation, document processing… to maintain normal operation of tenants
Find potential candidates for leasing vacant lots as plan of Department
Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points. Meeting with store managers to discuss about product display, staff&039;s performance, cooperated events if any to push sales
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports
Other tasks as assigned
Marketing: Support for tenant&039;s promotion & persuade tenants to join in Aeon Mall&039;s events/campaigns; closely work with Marketing team for increasing numbers of customers and sales volume as well as ratio of joining tenants in mall&039;s activities
Frequently patrol to maintain tenants&039; service standard and performance in compliance with Mall&039;s operation rules and regulations

Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Be willing to work in shift ((1 – 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM – 22:30 PM) per week)
Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills.
Bachelor degree, any majors
1 - 4 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service...
