Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer (AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon).

+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive
+ Work location: AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon- 30 Tan Thang, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5- 7 C shifts per month), 1- 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
Job summary:
Follow business and operation situation of tenants in assigned category. Support to improve their sales performance or operation to achieve the company&039;s targets. Support Sales & Marketing team&039;s campaigns/ activities to meet the mall&039;s targets.
Detailed job description:
Leasing support: support to lease storage/ billboards, handle in- out plan of tenants, and guide new tenants through all regulations and procedures to run their business smoothly (15%);
Meet with store owners regularly to enhance relationship and push their sales (10%);
Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points, hold meetings with store managers to discuss about their product display, staff performance, or cooperated events (if any) (10%);
Marketing support: support tenants’ promotions and AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon&039;s campaigns, and closely work with Marketing team to increase customer numbers and sales volume (15%);
Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with store managers to find proper solutions (10%);
Process sales report and meeting preparations for tenants (20%);
Patrol the mall regularly to check tenants’ situation and closely work with tenants for smooth operation (10%);
Other duties as assigned by supervisors (10%).

Good at Microsoft Office;
Willing to work in shift.
Have analyzing and customer focus mindset;
Candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related fields are preferred;
Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
Good at teamwork and coping with stress;
Bachelor’s degree, any field;
