Sales Officer (Customer Service, 02 Positions, Aeon Mall Long Bien - 105)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 02 Sales Officers (Aeon Mall Long Bien)
+ Report to: Manager/ Deputy Manager
+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift ((1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
+ Team: 7 - 10 members
+ Work location: Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi
Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points. Meeting with store managers to discuss about product display, staff&039;s performance, coparated events (if any) to push sales. (20%)
Leasing task (20%):
+ Make in-out plan for tenants
+ Work with new tenants to prepare new Tenancy Agreement & cooperate with other departments to guide tenants all steps to run business at AEON MALL
+ Lease storage & signage in the shopping mall
Marketing support (20%):
+ Closely work with Marketing team for increasing numbers of customers and sales volume as well as ratio of tenants joining mall&039;s activities
+ Persuade tenants to join in Aeon Mall&039;s events/campaigns
+ Support for tenant&039;s promotion
Check sales of tenants & chase bad debts to prevent tenants&039; sales violation (10%)
Other task as assigned (5%)
Prepare sales report and meeting handling for Tenants (10%)
Patrol the mall to check tenant&039;s operation & closely work with tenants for smooth operation (15%)

Having 1 – 2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Sales, or related fields is an advantage.
Bachelor degree, any fields.
Willing to work in shift (5 - 7 afternoon shift (13:30PM - 22:30PM) per month)
No experience required. Fresh candidates can be trained.
Good mindset of customer service.
Have good negotiation and communication skill.
Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
