As we expand our operations in Vietnam, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Officer to lead our business development efforts, particularly in the animal feed and agricultural industries.
Job Purpose:
The Sales Officer will play a critical role in growing our commodity business in Vietnam. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, market development, and building relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop a tailored sales strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities for soymeal, cornmeal, and rapeseed meal in Vietnam, especially in the feed, agriculture, and food processing industries.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, grow market share, and expand the company’s presence in the Vietnamese commodity market.
• Drive sales efforts to promote and sell soymeal, cornmeal, and rapeseed meal to target customers, including animal feed manufacturers, distributors, and large agricultural businesses.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, industry associations, and trade bodies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all sales- related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
• Sales Targets and Reporting:
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for the management team to track performance and adjust sales strategies as needed.
• Local Market Engagement:
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company, identify potential partners, and generate new business leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional activities and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in Vietnam.
