Sales Officer (Tenant Coordinator, Aeon Mall Long Bien & Aeon Mall Ha Dong - 376) AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 02 Sales Officer (01 based in Aeon Mall Long Bien and 01 based in Aeon Mall Ha Dong)
+ Working time: 5 days/ week- OFF days are not fixed on weekends, work in shift (shift A: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm & shift C: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm, Average 05- 07 shift C/per month)
+ Report to: Executive/ Deputy Manager/ Manager
Main function: Support and follow up with tenants at the Shopping Center, analyze tenant’s business to come up with ideas to boost sales and achieve goals; ensure smooth operation.
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports;
Other tasks as assigned.
Lease storage, signage & lots following budget and under regulation;
Check sales of tenants & chase bad debts to prevent tenants’ sales violation;
Frequently visit existing tenants and new tenants to provide timely support, discuss about product display, staff’s performance, cooperated events for smooth daily operation;
Follow sales plan to achieve sales target in assigned category;
Conduct survey to gain awareness of competitor and market trend;

Have good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
Candidate having 1- 3 years working experience in Sales, Customer Service or related fields is an advantage (Fresher can be trained);
Bachelor’s degree, in any field;
Be willing to work in shift;
Be careful & accurate, good team- work and communication skills.
