Sales Operations Executive (English) Hoiio Pte Ltd

• Be given the responsibility for the complete operation tasks: support other teams (Sales/ Support/Project teams/Finance teams/Product team/Engineer team) in doing their jobs smoothly (number configuration, number billing, system issues, new feature requests…)
• To develop good relationships with partners and internal teams to ensure good cooperation
• Handle sales and regulatory- related tasks, daily tasks will depend on the assigned role:
Working on number tasks to support performance improvement of the Business Operation: for eg, provision numbers, port in, checking documents and pricing.
Checking documents, and answering questions from internal teams and emails from vendors and partners.
• Collecting and handling documents to collaborate with partners
• To take reconciliation and settlement (daily, quarterly, monthly...) with partners: manual accounting, manual billing, manual refund, credit notes etc…
• Standardized internal process to manage the regulations/restrictions.
• Assure the appropriate cost (from vendors) and price (to partners)
• Doing weekly / monthly reports as requested by the higher management team
• Working on internal projects

• Problem solver with a good planning ability to improve operational processes.
• At least 1- year experience. Working knowledge of data skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office.
• Comfortable working with processes and comprehending why such process is needed
• Communicate well in English. Communication in English is key to this role, as they will communicate with other regional staff and business partners.
• Interest in technology and software as a service is favored with no need for a telecoms background.
• Experience in dealing with international partners or customer service experience would be useful.
• Meticulous with data and numbers. Strong Excel skill is a plus.
