Sales Operations Specialist/Chuyên Viên Vận Hành Bán Hàng

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Operations

• Support sales team in order execution, delivery coordination, and related communications.

• Assist in onboarding and managing out- of- province distribution partners, including cooperation approval, contracts, and orders.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Management

• Coordinate with HQ sales, procurement, and relevant departments to fulfill local order demands.

• Track production, shipment, delivery, and customs clearance processes.

Forecast & Inventory Management

• Analyze monthly inventory, sales forecasts, and demand for both online and offline channels.

• Organize review meetings and arrange production orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Data Analysis & Business Support

• Prepare and analyze sales data and performance reports.

• Support Sales Manager in identifying business issues and developing improvement strategies.

Sales Management Support

• Support sales meetings and follow up on key action items.

• Manage sales- related samples and materials, ensuring compliance and smooth execution of sales activities.

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Skills
• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations or order management.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced, multi- tasking environment.
• Good analytical skills; proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with cross- functional teams.
Language
• Can read and write Vietnames and English or Chinese.
