Sales Operator

Support line manager to ensure smooth daily activities related to:
- Logistic preparation & delivery arrangement, after sales services
- Cording with other department to ensure the delivery, documentation & admin tasks related.
- The inventory planning & stock control.
- Import- export operating

Education: Graduated from University in related fields: supply chain, business administration, operation, or related major
Specialized knowledge:
Attentive to details and quick to react.
Professional Certification
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics
Experience: Minimum 2- 3 years’ relevant experience
Good analytical and decision making, communication and win- win negotiation skill.
Skills
Able to meet deadline and willing to work overtime in case work requires.
Abilities
Positive thinking.
Team working, strong analytical, reporting, and problem- solving skills
Good skills of Microsoft office (Excel, PPT…)
Excellent communications skills (both English and Vietnamese)
Self- motivated as well as good teamwork spirit.
