We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sales Quality Review Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Improve and maintaining a high quality of sales
- Ensure full sales compliance to internal and/or regulatory requirements
- Uphold all categories of QA results above the threshold
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Line Manager to support the sales team.
- Improve sales quality standard
- Collect feedback and provide reinforcement to achieve high sales quality
- Treat customer fairly with integrity
- Proactively drive initiatives to improve the quality assurance results
- Review and recommend to improve the relevant process
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implementing and observing Group Compliance Policy, and maintaining awareness of operational risk to minimize the likelihood of it occurring
- Complete tasks and fulfill responsibilities as outlined in CDD LoBP, AML Policy; Sanctions Policy and always stay vigilant to identify and report warning signs to detect, deter and protect customers and the bank from fraud and financial crimes
