Phát triển doanh số và thị phần cho sản phẩm máy điều hoà không khí tại kênh phân phối được giao.

Develop sales and market share for air conditioner products within the assigned distribution channel.
Báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh, phối hợp nội bộ với Marketing/Kỹ thuật để nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.Report business results and collaborate internally with Marketing/Technical teams to enhance customer experience.
Theo dõi tồn kho, giá bán và hoạt động thị trường của đối thủ.Monitor inventory, pricing, and competitors’ market activities.
Triển khai chương trình bán hàng, hỗ trợ trade marketing và thúc đẩy sell- in/sell- out.Implement sales programs, support trade marketing, and drive sell- in/sell- out performance.
Xây dựng quan hệ, tư vấn chính sách bán hàng và hỗ trợ khách hàng xử lý vấn đề phát sinh.Build relationships, provide sales policy consultation, and support customers in handling arising issues.
Quản lý và mở rộng hệ thống đại lý/cửa hàng điện máy trong khu vực.
Manage and expand the network of dealers/electronics stores in the region.

College or University graduate.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học.
Kỹ năng bán hàng, đàm phán và giao tiếp tốt.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Lợi thế hiểu thị trường máy lạnh, có khả năng phân tích số liệu (sell- in, sell- out).
Advantageous to understand the air- conditioning market and possess data analysis skills (sell- in, sell- out).
Chủ động, chịu áp lực doanh số, sẵn sàng di chuyển.
Proactive, able to work under sales pressure, and willing to travel

Lương cơ bản: 10 triệu, có thể thỏa thuận theo kinh nghiệm đang có.
