Sales Representative (Chinese)

Factory inspection sales promotion: Based on the company&039;s factory inspection service advantages (such as ISO certification, social responsibility audits, quality management systems, etc.), formulate personalized sales plans to promote sales transactions.
Market research and analysis: Regularly collect and analyze industry trends, competitor information, and changes in customer needs to provide data support for product optimization and service upgrades.
Customer development and maintenance: Responsible for identifying and communicating with potential customers, understanding their factory inspection needs, providing professional factory inspection consultation and services, and establishing and maintaining long- term cooperative relationships.
Performance achievement: Set and achieve personal and team sales targets, participate in the planning and execution of sales activities, and enhance brand influence.
Business negotiation and contract signing: Responsible for business negotiations, effectively handling customer objections, reaching cooperation intentions, and signing sales contracts.

Education background: Bachelor&039;s degree or above, majoring in marketing, business management, international trade or related fields is preferred.
Work experience: 1 year of experience in inspection, testing, certification or factory auditing, with familiarity with FSC, BSCI, SMETA, SLCP, HIGG and other factory auditing industry backgrounds is preferred.
Language proficiency: Have a certain level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate effectively with international clients.
Work attitude: Proactive, responsible, able to withstand work pressure, and have a good team spirit.
Others: Those with successful cases or client resources will be given priority consideration.
Professional skills: Possess good communication skills, negotiation skills and customer service awareness, familiar with sales processes and market analysis methods.
