We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for a Sales Specialist whose performance directly drives real business impact. You’ll have the opportunity to build global client relationships, shape how brands grow online, and advance quickly in a team that values ownership and results.
What You’ll Do
Client Acquisition & Sales Growth
Identify, approach, and qualify prospective clients to provide Amazon or eCommerce management and growth services.
Negotiate service scope, pricing, and timelines to successfully close deals.Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Present and pitch our service offerings clearly to brand representatives, highlighting value, outcomes, and ROI.
Relationship & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines, proposals, and client communication records.
Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handover and client onboarding process.
Actively participate in networking, industry events, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Market Knowledge & Continuous Learning
Actively share feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
Stay informed about Amazon and eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Who We&039;re Looking For
Proven confident in communicating, negotiating, and closing deals with international clients.
Resilient, and able to work independently in a target- oriented environment.
Highly organized, proactive, and genuine passion for sales career.
From 1 years of work experience in sales, account management, customer service, e- commerce, or related fields is preferred
Proficiency in English (equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)

Compensation Structure:
Commission: Competitive and attractive incentive for each service and recurring clients
Base Salary: From 12.000.000 VND/month (Negotiable based on skills and qualifications)

Working Hours & Probation:
Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
