Sales Specialist (Japan Market)

Job Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment and Consultation: Support schools, students, and parents by providing clear project- related information and assisting the student application process.
Communication and Coordination: Establish close relationships with school administrators, international departments, and teachers to ensure smooth project execution and address arising issues.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with both domestic and international teams to ensure seamless project operations.
Marketing Activities Execution: Plan and organize seminars, education fairs, parent meetings, and workshops to raise program awareness among students, parents, and schools.
School Partnership Development: Build and maintain long- term partnerships with Vietnamese primary, secondary, high schools, and international schools to promote our Japanese study programs.
Program Promotion: Introduce and market study abroad, exchange, employment, and collaborative curriculum programs related to Japan to schools and the public.
Market Research and Analysis: Monitor education policies, school demands, and industry trends in Vietnam, providing strategic market insights.

Requirements:

Experience with local Japanese language centers, cultural institutions, or Japan- related education organizations is highly preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in education projects, international exchange programs, or student recruitment to Japan.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
Strong problem- solving, multitasking, and coordination capabilities.
Strong understanding of the Vietnamese education system and Japanese education trends.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and Japanese.
Bachelor&039;s degree, preferably in consultation, marketing, education management, international relations, or related fields.

Desired Skills:

Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
Energetic, open- minded, and proactive attitude.
Fluency in English (for internal communication and documentation is a plus).
Understanding of Japanese business etiquette and communication styles (advantageous).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsible, honest, and trustworthy at work.

Working Environment:

Office location: 162 Pasteur, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
