Sales Staff - Chuyên Viên Kinh Doanh

- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Monitors Sales revenue and KPI results versus the company budgets /targets.
- Market research, finding new customers.
- Directly approaching customers, making offers, negotiating international forwarding services (by air)
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Maintains healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts for sales team.
- Conducts periodic sales team / personnel business review meetings to assess individual and team performance and progress against business plans and targets.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Provides monthly Sales Report to Manager regarding sales performance.
- Controls expenses to meet the company budget.

- Fluent in English
- Experience: 2 years’ experiences in Forwarding Company, GSA company, Express and Logistics fields. Customer service experience is an advantage
- Degree: University or College majoring in foreign trade, transportation or other related majors
- Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Team works, meticulous, persistent, honest, work under pressure
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Friendly and competent appearance
