SALES STAFF - NHÂN VIÊN KINH DOANH (HCM OFFICE)

- Visit and maintain good relationship with both FOB and CIF customer
- Market survey for rate/free time/charge/service/commodity/…
- Check and handle enquiries from POL about cargo acceptance, local policy,…
- Other related jobs/reports according to instructions of HQ, MGM and Leader
- Cooperate with all related parties for solving long idle issues
- Update FOB tariff rate/market to HQ, MGM and Leader
- Expand the new FOB account base and new business
- Apply favor for extra free time/repairing charge to match customer&039;s request
- Check available space/equipment with POL for FOB demand
- Send sales lead to POL
- Prepare all related reports
- Coordinate closely with other departments to satisfy customers&039; demand, complaint
- Send rate request to HQ and file service contract for FOB customer
- Handle sales enquiries, rate negotiation and quotation to customer

REQUIREMENTS:
- Having at least 1 year experienced in Container/ shipping line or Forwarding company
- Good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
- Having sense of responsibility, good in teamwork
- Required language(s): English
- Full- Time position(s) available.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor&039;s Degree, Logistics/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Commerce or equivalent.
