Sales Supervisor - B2B Channel

• Responsible for distributor(s) orders, account receivables for the assigned territory
• High winning spirit, motivation and retention of skilled team.
• This role will be based in HCM- Vietnam and be responsible for the compliance and accuracy of selling and reporting system at the assigned distributor(s).
• Align a weekly / monthly plan with distributors, build weekly and daily working plans for distributors.
• Coordinate and provide feedback, analysis and consultancy about sales, distribution and trade marketing effectiveness to the upper- level management
• Involved in Market development, Trade marketing, new products launching
• Support the Business Development Manager to review key distributors&039; capability, finance and P&L on a timely basis to ensure a proper analysis and action plan to improve distributors&039; effectiveness & efficiency and reduce risk
• Analyze reports to identify market opportunities

• Ability to work well under pressure and independence
• This position requires a minimum of 3 years&039; experience working in both of FMCG, HORECA distribution, and B2B channel (tissue, paper, wiper and other relevant category is preferred), especially ability to develop and manage well B2B channel, beside supporting E- commerce platform development.
• Solid negotiation skills
• Exposure using MS Office (word, excel, ppt) and CRM (salesforce)
• Good communication skills (both oral and writing)
• Sound Inter- personal skills
