The Sales Supervisor is in charge of increasing the sale of flexible packaging products in specifically assigned functions; selling Huhtamaki VN products using technical, industry, and customer- level knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products to their needs; identifying new customers, markets, and business opportunities; doing new business sales (hunter) and continuing to develop existing accounts.

SUMMARY:
To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward “safely producing the highest quality products and complying with legal requirements”.
Contribute to product planning and development by making recommendations based on customers, competitors’ feedback, and knowledge of industrial fields related to the flexible packaging business.
Contribute to increasing customer loyalty and product stickiness by a deep understanding of customer value, experience, and demands.
Develop a customer strategy that delivers revenue growth through the assigned functions.
Follow the strategy and put it into action to ensure business growth and increased client usage.
Engage in activities including planning and implementing forecasts, relationship development, and customer satisfaction.
Provide solutions and recommendations for supporting the sales strategy and new programs to the Line Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Make certain that the closing FG stocks are within the control limit.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Be responsible for leading sales staff to reach sales targets
Be in charge of finding and developing new customers.
Drive dedicated sales turnover and dedicated accounts as an aligned budget
Coordinate with related departments to complete sales projects.
Work with the Sales Head to develop sales strategies as well as the method for contacting customers.
Monitor the AR status of customers
