Sales Supervisor (GT Channel)

Planning:
• Planning (monthly) payment plan for each distributor.
• Planning (monthly/quarterly/yearly) sales plan for each distributor.
• Planning (monthly/quarterly/yearly) forecast sales by category product.
• Planning (monthly) PO for each distributor.
Executing:
• Work with internal team to deliver goods to distributors on time.
• Follow up the payment plan.
• Review monthly/quarterly result of each distributor and provide significant advice to distributor in order to achieve target.
• Implement promotional program with distributor in accordance with company regulation
• Support dealers to display products in accordance with company regulation
• Monitor distributor&039;s inventory, update list of dealers and submit monthly report
Operating & Organizing:
• Supporting sales worker to deliver sales plan to customer.
• Working internally with multiple functions to get alignment & execution on (monthly & quarterly) activities. Get the support from these functions to fix internal issues & customer complaints.
• Handling internal issues timely & completely
• Manage & guaranteed sales worker to compliance company&039;s rule.
• Training product & sales skill to sales worker.
Reporting:
• Monthly & quarterly review, action plan input to grow business.
• On-time reporting & actionable plan to fix fundamentals gap.

Professional Background
• Work experience: previous supervisory experience in a retail, distribution. Knowledge about the stationery market is a plus
• Educational requirements: University/College graduate or equivalent.
Competency Requirements
• High compliance & honest.
• CRM skill (customer relationship management): good.
• Communication skill: good.
• Microsoft office skill: good.
• English skill: working able.
