SALES SUPERVISOR

Attain new and used sales quotas as agreed upon with Sales Manager/ Branch Manage
Sales performance reporting
Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefit. Show each customer advantages of products over competing brands
Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork
Sell new motorcycles & used motorcycles following Sales process
Maintain profit margin objective for all vehicle sales
Ensure customers are properly qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy
Fulfil all contractual requirements to deliver the product to the customer
Attend training sessions to keep current with sales techniques and sales department issues.
Introduce new customers to other Departments such as: Service, Parts & Accessories, Merchandise, F&I and their personnel
Other duties as assigned

Good English
Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize both the buying experience for the customer and the profitability of the dealership
A2 license, or the ability to gain one
Excellence communication skills and demonstrated “Closing skills”
Preferably active member of biker community
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with strong sales records
Knowledge and experience with motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
Commitment to travel to Ho Chi Minh City for training in 1 year period
