Sales Supervisor (Kênh Horeca)

Identify and list of potential customers in assigned area
Report to update actual sales weekly/daily on CRM
Conduct customer surveys periodically
Ensure employees understand and implement monthly targets
Visit customers with sales staff weekly to directly coaching, including: Prepare a visit plan and purpose
Assign customers and areas in charge to sales staff
Supervise sales staff to conduct customer survey
Planning, managing and developing customers effectively
Create and send sales forecast accurately, on time
Report on analyzing business results and KPIs compared to targets, suggesting an effective improvement plan
Offer, product introduction, promotion, order taking- Support staff in selling and negotiation skills.

Having at least 2- year experience of sales in Food & Beverage (Horeca)
