Job Description:
Account Development.
Build excellent relationship with buyer, store manager to maximize business opportunities.
Build full year JBP (joint business plan) with assigned accounts.
Update store list of each account and update in DMS periodically.
Manage implementation of Key Account activation plans, manage distribution & availability.
Evaluate and propose promotional programs for the month/quarter.
Solve/ handle issues related to in- charge stores.
Acquire new Key account as required.
Sales team management
Supervise sales reps according to company regulations, ensure sales reps follow the right route, right store and 100% store in the assigned area are visited to achieve the sales KPIs target set- up, coverage, visibility standard, sales revenue by caterlogries
Recruit sales reps when required, take responsible for the route if there is a case of absence or not enough sales reps in the area.
Set the daily/weekly/monthly target by sales reps, by SKU, and tracking to ensure the sales out align with the time gone.
Prepare PJP (Permanent Journey Plan), MCP (Master Coverage Plan) for the team, monitor and promote the effectiveness of each sales rep and each route plan.
Daily field coaching, work with, work review with sales reps to ensure professionalism, authenticity and compliance with company regulation.
Effective sales skills training, guide and support the sales team about DMS system for each individual or group, building the discipline and working spirit of the team.
Manage the assigned market
Manage & develop the area to achieve the sales target, coverage, market share.
Actively update market situation, competitors timely and periodically.
Tracking orders, delivery progress, ensure OTIF (on time if full)
Coordinate with the sales team of the GT urban channel to control display and expiration dates at the WM+ chain.
Implement and checking all promotions and activities in the assigned market in accordance with the company&039;s regulations to achieve the set goals.
Manage POSM, merchandising program at the store, follow up display benefits follow trade agreements.
Manage and update customer sales data.
Report and update to the company.
Track, analyze and evaluate the daily/weekly/monthly sales of each salesperson and team.
Propose program, solution to the manager to improve sales revenue, sales capabilities and develop the area.
Review and adjust information on DMS software (list of customers, sales routes, sales orders ...)
Update, review and summary promotion program and activities in the assigned area.
Other tasks as required by superiors.
