Sales Support Officer

Reporting & Data Management:

Maintain organized and up- to- date databases, trackers, and files for easy access and reporting.
Support Center with the Data
Ensure timely updates whenever there are changes in center performance.
Monitor and report on key metrics such as new sales, renewal rate, net cash collected, and customer retention.
Collect, update, and consolidate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance reports.

Operational Support:

Travel to various centers to provide on- site support and monitor process implementation.
Ensure alignment of sales support practices across centers.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting from each center.
Identify areas for improvement and propose process enhancements where applicable.
Customer engagement: hotline, fanpage and Zalo
Survey the feedback & satisfaction of customer

Meeting & Material Preparation:

Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items.

Strong problem- solving skills. Able to identify potential issues and find ways to pre- empt them.
Ability to communicate and influence others in both Vietnamese and English.
Holder of Bachelor’s degree.
Highly customer- oriented and passionate in reports, systems, tracking
Demonstrate a growth mindset. Ability to work in ambiguity with a positive attitude and ownership spirit.
Ability to work remotely.
Detail- oriented, organized, data- driven mindset.
Ability to understand sales & report system quickly
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
Excellent in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Salary: 8.000.000- 10.000.000 (Gross)
