Sales Support Staff

Your main responsibilities are:

Follow up purchase orders from external vendors
Report Delivery status
Act as a Contact window to Purchaser
Follow up payment to vendors.
Monitor customer debt and payment processes
Follow up document submission
Coordinate with other Divisions for machine commissioning request and warranty
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Register and follow up closely sales orders from Sales Engineers
Act as a Contact window to Accounting
Prepare and compile bidding documents and sales contracts in compliance with company policies
Act as Customer Support for Sales
Act as Contact window to Logistics and Suppliers
Follow up purchase orders
Create order fulfillment tasks in C4C, make timely report from SAP/C4C system

Experience
- SAP/C4C (CRM) experience is a plus
- Experience in sales accountancy, import process, and legal economic contract
- 3 to 5 year experience in trading company
- Experience with sales process from bidding to order to market
Personal affinity
- Ability to collaborate with other functions with an aim for mutual business result
- Have a growth mindsetto self- learn
- Well- organized
- Can- do spirit to meet tight deadline and high workload
- Logical thinking
- Good interpersonal skills
Education & knowledge
- University degree in business management, accounting, legal study or proven by experience.
- Verbal and written English skills.
