- Making Quotation and Contract and revise upon the request from Front sales or Engineering Team on system.
- Searching suppliers to select the best one who can provide goods with the best prices, good quality as well as delivery time as requirement.
- Update/changing the price/cost on system if the required scope be changed.
- Have skill of negotiation as well to get competitive price of goods or service from suppliers.
- Develop relationship with suppliers/partners for further business chance.
- Solve the trouble in the procurement process if any.
- Consult for Sale team about the business scope, do the right things as company business license.
- Create new customer code on system

Able to work in teams as well as independently.
Knowledge/experience in IT field is advantage.

Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
Must be able to work in fast- paced environment.
1- 2 years of sales support experience, or procurement experience (experience in Japanese company is refer)

Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately.
