Sales Team Leader

Job Description
DigiSource&039;s client is Glu Trading Production Company.

Assist in recruitment, directly train, and monitor employees&039; performance. Evaluate capabilities and assign sales targets to each employee.
Build, optimize, revise, and update sales processes from planning to closing deals.
Develop business plans and strategies for the team.
Manage a team of employees to meet sales and growth targets.
Supervise and support the implementation of business plans. Report business results to the Board of Directors and propose new plans if current ones do not meet expectations.
Proactively seek out and develop relationships with new customers. Create plans and programs for existing customers to maintain relationships and revenue.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Identify potential customer segments, proactively research the market, competitors, and changing customer needs.
Support subordinates in handling any issues that arise.

Job Requirements

Enthusiastic and responsible.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Good management and influence skills.
Preference for candidates with experience in fashion, garment, etc.
English skills are an advantage.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments.
Willingness to travel, honest in work.
Good stress tolerance, adaptable to change, and sharp in relationships.

About the Company & Benefits

Salary: 10,000,000- 15,000,000 VND + commission
Company address: 62 Duong Thi Giang, Tan Thoi Nhat Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)
