Sales Team Leader

Main Responsibilities:
• Propose business development strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement business strategies.
• Research and analyze the market to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Contact and set up meetings with potential clients.
• Monitor business projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.

• Graduated from College or University in IT, Business, Marketing, or equivalent fields.• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales or Account Executive position at Software, Media, or Event Management companies, or equivalent roles in B2B, E- commerce, Media, and Advertising sectors.
• Have the ability to work independent
