SALES TEAM LEADER

- Promote sales of all company services :3PL, forwarding, customs clearance, project and domestic logistics services.
- Fulfill targets set for yourself and sales team as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales team.
- Research, expand and increase new customer
- Perform market research and analysis, develop and implement strategy, communicate company policy to sales team. Propose business strategies for each stage.
- Report to Managing Director.
- Increase awareness of Konoikevina brand and capability in local market.
- Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow- up accordingly.
- Other tasks ask request of BOD
- Coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental.
- Develop and implement weekly/monthly/yearly plans to ensure assigned revenue targets of sales team.
- Building strong relationship with current & potential customers, attend customer’s inquiries.
- Coordinate with other deparment to deploy and monitor work.

- Age 27- 40
- Experience : 2 year of sales in logistics field and at least 1 year in sales leader position.
- Language : English
- Professional degree : Bachelor economic maijor
