*Job Description*
Sales Duties:
• Drive product and market development to ensure GC’s sustainable growth.
• Gather, analyze and provide customer insight including VOC collection across the value chain for designated application platforms
• Collaborate with technical service team in fulfilling specific customer requests and providing trainings, knowledge sharing sessions on technical and other aspects of the products
• Collect and manage customer feedback related to product quality and liaise with product innovation team to analyze and respond to customer needs including testing new products with customers.
• Take overall accountability for designated application sales strategies and operations including sales, pricing, and volumes and growth portfolios, and ensure compliance with company policy, rules and regulations.
• Implemented monthly sales plans; managing and monitoring assigned sales targets.
• Prepare sales performance report including analysis on market situation and trends to managements.
• Coordinate with commercial operations team to oversee end- to- end sales process from receiving purchase order, delivery notice, product delivery to debt collection.
• Analyse, and prepare customer visits monthly plan and provide recommendations as appropriate, maintain relationship with customers.
• Build relationships with suppliers, customers, world- wide petrochemical companies, and related stakeholders to exchange information, knowledge on trade regulations, market movements, and commercial opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for addressing all customer requirements, organizing customer visits and resolving any issues.
Technical Engineer Duties:
• Provides suggestions and solutions related to technical aspects of the product to customers before and after- sales.
• Responses and follows up on customer complaints, investigate the causes, and resolves the problem.
• Feedback to product suppliers about any product issues faced by customers and keeps customers updated on product development.
• Liaises closely with Vietnam Market, and specialty sales in order to understand technical issues related to high- value products to enable to recommend the suitable product that matched customer requirements.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues with customers.
• Pays courtesy visits to customers in order to discuss technical issues related to high- value products.
