*** What we are looking for…An enthusiastic, engaged sales person and travel professional who is willing to join our Active Sales Team in Hanoi, Vietnam. She or he is a Vietnamese native, speaking English fluently and French or German or Italian adequately.
She/he can be ready for any inspection trip to create the new active products and/or to work with Operation to make sure services for active groups on spot.
She/he is passionate on countryside, rural and off- the- beaten path areas, eager to consult and offer programs for nature and active lover travelers.
She/he is looking to work in a multi- cultural and professional environment with international clients on a high- end level, while nurturing her/his skills and wishing to share her/his passion for their country & traveling.
*** Job Description:
- Co- operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs created;
- Making calculations and sending quotations;
- Managing a client portfolio;
- Communicating with B2B clients, meeting their demands and requirements via skype, emails or phone;
- Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures;
- Attending team meeting.
- Advising clients and keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products;
- Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales;

Competency
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Solid understanding on sales processes
- Good knowledge of the destination
- Good knowledge of client: Production spirit & requirements & clients’ expectations
- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open- minded, honest, active and decisive
- Evaluate the situation with each client
- Good analytical, problem- solving skills and strong- decision making skills
- Good command of written and spoken English or German or French or Italian
- Capacity to convince / close a deal
- Self- motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Strong communication skills
- Experience as a Sales Executive or related positions (at least 1 years)
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and priorities work
Education
- University: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Management or other related majors
