The INSEE Sales Trainee Program is designed for talented young graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience – individuals full of passion and a desire to conquer the market. This is more than just a job; it&039;s an opportunity to discover your limitless potential. Over these 12 months, you will be fully "immersed" in the real- world of Sales – directly interacting with customers, analyzing markets, and collaborating with various departments. You&039;ll be trained by leading experts, have your own dedicated mentor, and most importantly – be trusted with major clients to work with.
The specific responsibilities for the start of the program are as follows:
Achieving Business Goals:
+ Propose solutions to achieve targets in special cases.
+ Report periodic progress and changes in sales plans.
+ Clearly understand assigned business objectives.
+ Plan and execute sales strategies.
Customer Management:
+ Visit customers according to the assigned schedule.
+ Increase INSEE&039;s sales volume at stores by:
+ Enhancing INSEE&039;s brand presence at stores (signboards, POSM, etc.).
+ Increasing the number of INSEE product lines at stores.
+ Increasing INSEE&039;s volume at existing stores.
+ Opening new stores that do not yet sell INSEE products.
+ Update the list of inactive or newly active customers in the assigned territory.
+ Update customer information and customer sales volume data.
+ Receive customer feedback on INSEE&039;s products and services, relay it to relevant parties, and coordinate to resolve arising issues or complaints.
+ Ensure target customers are fully aware of pricing policies and promotional programs.
Market Information Update:
+ Report changes in customers, distributors, etc., that affect target achievement.
+ Understand and report information on competitor activities.
+ Perform other reports as required by regulations for each period.
