Sales Trainee ( Phu Quoc Office)

• Facilitate and coordinate travel arrangements for the Sales & Marketing team.
• Understanding of facilities and services of other Accor’s properties for cross sales.
• Assisting in daily office needs.
• Understanding of Accor brands.
• Understanding of Premier Village and Premier Residence Phu Quoc’s facilities and services.
• Research and prepare data for reports, ensure all reporting is organized and up to date. Liaising with suppliers & clients ensure all invoices paid on time.
• Secretarial and general adminstration assistance to Sales & Marketing department.
Other Duties:
• Comply with Accor policy on social media.
• Comply with Accor data privacy policy.
• Maintain pleasant image at all times, friendly and neat.
• Upkeep and comply all Resort policies and procedures.
• Has a high standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards colleagues, guests, suppliers and other clients.
• Maintain professional confidentiality at all times.

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with other; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Literate in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good communication and writing skills

Internship Allowance: 2.000.000- 4.000.000/month( Based on internship period and language skill)
Provide Staff Accommodation fully facility and provide 03 meals per day.
Transportation allowance : 2.000.000- 3.000.000vnđ (Applied for 3 months internship periods and above).
On the job training and have the opportunity to practice directly with guest.
