Job Description Summary:
Join our team to build Salesforce Experience Cloud for our Strategic Sourcing supplier portal and develop MuleSoft integrations. As a Salesforce Experience Cloud and MuleSoft Developer, you will configure the portal, integrate systems using APIs, and automate workflows, collaborating with stakeholders and a third- party integrator to deliver scalable solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose portal and integration enhancements.
Configure Experience Cloud security, user access, and community features for seamless supplier interactions.
Document code, integrations, and configurations for maintainability.
Partner with a third- party integrator to validate configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deploy solutions.
Build and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud supplier portal using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
Implement automations using Salesforce Flow to reduce manual tasks enabling our corporate teams to focus on high value work. (e.g., vendor onboarding).
Develop MuleSoft integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs) to connect Salesforce with external systems (e.g., Workday).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1+ years of experience with MuleSoft development, including API design and integration.
3+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and Experience Cloud configuration.
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or SSIS for data pipeline development preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce Flow for building automations and portal workflows.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and MuleSoft Developer I required; Experience Cloud Consultant preferred.
Excellent problem- solving and stakeholder collaboration skills for on- site work.

WORK LOCATION: Hybrid at 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC or Remote (for the Phillipines candidates only)
WORKING HOURS: This position requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to US time zone.
Option 2: 9PM – 6AM (Night shift) (for the Phillipines candidates)
Option 1: 3PM – 6PM (at office) and 9PM – 2AM (Night time) (at home)
