SECUTIX is an industry- leading entertainment ticketing software. Our product is used by the largest sports clubs, live events, museums, and the greatest world sports tournaments. We are looking for a qualified Salesforce Developer to join our Customer Service team, whose mission is to contribute to maintaining and administering our Salesforce platform.
Your responsibilities

Design and customize dashboards and reports to deliver business insights.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to manage and optimize CRM administration.
Contribute to documenting Salesforce platform, such as user guides, specifications.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical solutions based on requirements.
Administer and maintain the Salesforce instance, including user access, security settings, and application configurations.
Build Salesforce Flow automations to streamline CRM processes and third- party integrations.
Participate in the software development life cycle using agile methodologies
Prepare technical designs and effort estimates to support project planning.
Support business requirements to address all the CRM needs
Configure Salesforce CRM with custom objects, fields, and permissions to support multiple teams and business needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering or related.
Customer- oriented mindset.
Experienced with Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service and Experience Cloud, SalesForce Flow, and other OOTB features.
Salesforce Certified Developer I
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Salesforce platform administration
Fluent in English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent and critical requests

Nice to have

Experienced in Salesforce CI/CD
Experienced in Data Studio / Tableau / CRM Analytics
Salesforce Administrator Certified
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Strong in documentation
