Sample Room Manager

* Role & Responsibility

- Make the proper sample by following the buyer’s instruction

- Analyze, understand and fulfil the requirements of the buyer

- Inform the accuracy or confirmation to the buyer that the bulk production is going to be right

- Produce the sample product for the first time with the least working time

- Support and collaborate the production team to produce the whole order

- Confirm the measurement and fabric requirements

- Make the perfection in the pattern and marker

- Calculate and make perfection in the fabric consumption

- Control and make the garment costing

- Utilize the skill operation of the operators during garment sewing

- Get understanding completely to the operators and management as well about the upcoming garment production of that order

- Combine the overall performance of a garment export order.

- Control of company regulation and effectively manage a team to achieve the target

- Bachelor degree in garment technology, pattern design, or fashion design or related field

- At least 5-year experiences in sample room operation in management level

- Ability to Direct People with proven experience in managing the sample room with over 40 people

- Capable of English, good Communication Skills

- Hard-working

- Knowledge of Industry, time Management Skills, problem-Solving Ability
