■ Sample management ... Translation of Japanese & English sewing instructions into Vietnamese, material ordering, sample shipping schedule management, quality control, support Japanese customers, etc…
[Specific job description]
■ Translation of sewing instructions into Vietnamese, share to related department internally.
■ Ordering sample fabrics and materials
■ Sample schedule confirmation, adjustment, and sample quality control
■ Frequently communicate with Japanese customers (by emails, phone calls, meetings, VC,…)
■ Receiving the sample request

■サンプル管理…日本語&英語の縫製指示書をベトナム語に翻訳、資材発注、サンプル発送スケジュール管理、品質管理、 日本向けお客様対応など
【具体的な仕事内容】
■サンプル依頼連絡受け取り
■日本向けお客様との頻繁なやり取り(メール、電話、打ち合わせ)
■縫製指示書をベトナム語に翻訳、社内共有
■サンプルスケジュール確認、調整、サンプル品質管理
■サンプル生地、資材発注

[Job requirements]
■ Sewing specification knowledge ... It&039;s better to have knowledge about the sewing specifications of outer items in particular.
■ Those who have an experience and an understanding of the organizational structure at the production site
■ Japanese language ability ... Able to conduct business negotiations with Japanese customers. Levels that can respond to emails and phone calls
■ Those who have knowledge and understanding of fabric
■ Communication skills ... Interaction with customers and each supplier, and with factory workers can be smooth
