Sample Workshop Manager (Footwear)

Lead & Manage the sample workshop team.
Response to other team’s request [PDM / BTTM Eng. / Commo / SMPL / etc.,]
Manage On- time shipment schedule for all categories each stage.
Inspiring mind- set & Training team member
Direction to resolve technical issues for seniors during the development stage
Manage Product Quality
Manage the Out- sourcing supplier
Discussing together with the Tech Group to figure out the improvement points
Monitor the overall sample product progress
Close communication with related departments
Manage the overall status and direction to the team to hit deadlines
Attending weekly product review together with PDM and Expat in order to check the finished product well.

English: (preferable)
Experience: Job experience in the footwear industry more than 10 years as a Workshop Manager, ME, QIP or IE is especially preferred

Intermediate level of writing and reading
Intermediate level of Speaking and listening

Computer:

Strong Leadership to motivate all team members
Solution to solve critical technical issues
Intermediate level of Excel, Illustrator, CAD

Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of shoe composition & shoe making process
ME/IE knowledge
Understanding of workflow in a season & Spread out positive energy to employees
