SAP COORDINATOR_Temp 6 months

1, Summary:
The Sap Coordinator will help to drive local On- site Engagement to support business processes and facilitate the efficient functioning of our SAP system.
Core job responsibilities
Master Data Management:
- Create, update, and maintain SAP master data records in accordance with organizational guidelines and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather and validate data inputs for SAP.
Data Governance:
- Work closely with stakeholders to establish and refine data entry processes and standards.
- Enforce data governance standards and policies to ensure the quality and reliability of master data.
Collaboration:
- Provide support and guidance to end- users on SAP master data- related issues.
- Liaise with various departments, including but not limited to finance, procurement, and production, engineering, quality to understand their master data requirements.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to SAP master data management.
- Revise existing procedure to adapt changes from SAP implementation
- Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of master data processes.
Training and Documentation:
- Maintain documentation related to master data procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Develop training materials and provide training sessions for end- users on SAP master data processes.

· Excellent communication skills including :
Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills. Basic Excel skills
Understands and can implement change management/communications initiatives
Fluent in both oral and written English is a requirement
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross- functional team environment.
· Proven experience working with SAP master data management.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
· Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
· Detail- oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
· Shows initiative to solve challenges and collaborate with others on solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
· Familiarity with data migration and data cleansing activities.
· SAP experience in master data management
· Experience with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP, SAP MM, or SAP SD.
