Record and gather issues and related solutions to support growth and integrity.
Fill in and complete the documentation used in the service delivery.
Effectively gather requirements from the users to handle the design and implementation of SAP customization.
Collect, define, or write functional specifications for enhancement.
Communicate with end users and provide instructions on how to progress issues.
Analyze the impact of functional or technical changes on users.
Conduct test case planning and execution.
Analyze symptoms to identify broad areas of user error or technical failure.

About you

Functional proficiency and experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP FICO modules, especially in AMS projects.
Strong communication skills and business partnering attitude.
2+ years of experience implementing and maintaining SAP solutions.
Strong at business analysis to provide reasonable IT solutions for business needs and project management.
Good command of English communication skills.
Bachelor/College’s degree in information technology or similar technical fields.
