Job Description:
Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP modules processes preferred
Involved in the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in good configuration knowledge of SAP HCM structures
Be a part of a full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional specs, configuration, testing and post- go- live support experience
Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to resolve open design issues during maintenance duration
Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in- depth evaluation of variable factors
Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support all SAP processes
You will also be involved in rollout projects for other subsidiaries (company codes)
Configuration of SAP HCM to support scope; document configuration rationale

Job Requirements
Must have
Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis and assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements
Should be comfortable in liaising with technical consultant, QA team and stakeholders of HR Business
Experience on working with clients on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support
SAP configuration related to all the submodules of SAP HR such as Organisation Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, ESS- MSS etc.
At least 3- 5 years of experience as an SAP Human Resource support consultant, Business user, HR IT administrator or any role within SAP HR technology
High fluency of English
Be able to go overseas business trips (USA) for at least 1 year
Experience on working with interfaces using different middleware such as SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft, etc and different modules of SAP ECC/ SAP S/4HANA
Experience in all aspects of SAP HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
At least 5 years of Experience configuring and implementing SAP HCM system.
Nice to have
Knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors is desired, but not mandatory
Being a certified SAP HCM Consultant would be beneficial
A degree in Software Development/Computer Science/Business Computing
